Our event services range from our free of charge venue finding service to complete event fulfilment and management. This aim of this service is to simply allow clients to turn up to their own events with their chosen partners and let the evening commence.
Our typical event management service
- Venue sourcing, optional escorted venue site visits and the contracting of venues directly on behalf of the client.
- All venue liaison prior to the event / on the event dates.
- Booking of hotel bedrooms on behalf of clients.
- Exhibitor delegate registration and communication.
- Attendance of Travel Trade Events staff at each event.
- Production of name badges.

- Invitation design.
